I am sure you don't all need reminding, but can everybody send in their sightings to the County Bird Recorders for there regions.
Our help is needed in order to maintain an accurate picture about our Bird life. If you don't know the contact details for your local recorder, or how you fill out a sightings report, post here I am sure there will be somebody who can offer you advice.

Whoa! What kind of sighting did you have in mind? Not the Blackbirds in my garden? _________________ http://www.mistyduck.co.uk |

As much as you can. If you don't report that there is a Blackbird in your garden how is anybody going to know?
The more records that get sent in, the better for everybody (apart from the people who have to sift through them ) _________________

Spot on Wally, bird records are invaluable and everyone should send theirs in to the relevant county recorders. I've attached a link to the BTO page which gives details about contacting each recorder. They are grateful for any records, no matter how common or rare. Breeding records are useful too as are migrant first arrival and last departure dates.
